At BIRD EYE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits your vision perfectly through a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BIRD EYE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original garments with all tags still attached in the shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
